BUG #16319: Changes in config files

Description:        

Hi Team,

We are planing to upgrade our Postgres database 9.5 to 10. please let us
know below changes,

1. Config file(like pg_hba.conf...) changes
2. Replication changes
3. Installation changes.

We used Postgres database in our Jira application.
Its important us to get these details.
Checked the document nothing mentioned regarding the changes.

Please let me know the above.
