Compile Errors on Mac OS X 10.14.6 (fatal error: 'iODBC/sqltypes.h' file not found)

Christoph Gößmann
Dear PostgreSQL ODBC driver team,

I would like to use the ODBC driver together with iODBC.

As for the steps that I performed so far, I installed iODBC using the installer provided on the webpage (http://www.iodbc.org/dataspace/doc/iodbc/wiki/iodbcWiki/Downloads#Mac%20OS%20X), and then went ahead trying to compile the driver:
=============================================
wget https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/versions/src/psqlodbc-12.00.0000.tar.gz
tar -zxvf psqlodbc-12.00.0000.tar.gz
./configure --with-iodbc=/usr/local/iODBC/

The folder /usr/local/iODBC/ contains the following folders/files:
=============================================
/include
  odbcinst.h
  iodbcinst.h
  sqlucode.h
  sqltypes.h
  sqlext.h
  sql.h
  isqltypes.h
  isqlext.h
  isql.h
  iodbcunix.h
  iodbcext.h
  iodbc.h
/lib
  libiodbcinst.dylib
  libiodbc.dylib
/bin
  iodbc-config

This is the output (for error, scroll down to the $ make part):

I also tried with /usr/local/ for the path … the error then is  "./psqlodbc.h:136:10: fatal error: 'iodbcinst.h' file not found” instead.

Since my experience with C(++) and compiling is pretty limited, I appreciate any help!

Thanks,
Christoph

ISTM the above line in /usr/local/iODBC/include/sql.h should be

#include <sqltypes.h>

.
