Local User Group in Nantes, France

Hi,

I've seen that in the user groups page (https://www.postgresql.org/community/user-groups/), a french user group was missing : The PostgreSQL User group, Nantes.

Could you please add it ?

You may also want to add the PostgreSQL User Group, Toulouse (France also) :
