Pyrseas 0.9.0 is now available

Joe Abbate
Pyrseas 0.9, utilities for versioning Postgres database schemas, has
been belatedly released.  Release 0.9.0 is available from:

    PyPI:       https://pypi.org/project/Pyrseas/
    PGXN:       https://pgxn.org/dist/pyrseas/
    GitHub:     https://github.com/perseas/Pyrseas

Updated documentation is viewable at:

    Read the Docs:  https://pyrseas.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

The following is a summary of changes and enhancements in this release.

Schema 'public' is no longer treated as a special case (#176)

Yamltodb was changed to support Postgres 11, in particular due
to changes to the 'pg_proc' catalog (#195)

Dbtoyaml now outputs column information for views, both regular and
materialized (#184)

I'd like to thank those who contributed code, discussions on issues or
otherwise helped to make this release possible, and also to those users
who patiently waited for this release to come forth.

Best regards,

Joe Abbate
